{"id":117371,"date":"2019-03-27T20:39:47","date_gmt":"2019-03-27T12:39:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mobileworldlive.com\/?p=240774"},"modified":"2019-03-27T20:39:47","modified_gmt":"2019-03-27T12:39:47","slug":"liberty-latam-acquires-uts-in-convergence-drive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itteacheritfreelance.hk\/test\/wordpress\/2019\/03\/27\/liberty-latam-acquires-uts-in-convergence-drive\/","title":{"rendered":"Liberty LatAm acquires UTS in convergence drive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>        \tLiberty Latin America announced it is set to acquire 87.5 per cent of United Telecommunication Services (UTS), which operates in the Caribbean, as it looks to improve its converged offerings in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the island of Curacao, UTS also provides services in six other markets in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Balan Nair, president and CEO of Liberty Latin America, said that \u201cby consolidating these operations in Curacao, we will form the largest full-service converged telecom operator on the island and create a true national champion, bringing world-<a href=\"http:\/\/itteacheritfreelance.hk\/index.php\" title=\"\u672c\u7db1\u9801\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u5e73\u53f0, \u70ba\u5927\u5bb6\u914d\u5c0d\u96fb\u8166\u88dc\u7fd2,IT freelance, \u79c1\u4eba\u8001\u5e2b , PHP\u88dc\u7fd2, HTML\u88dc\u7fd2, CSS\u88dc\u7fd2, JavaScript\u88dc\u7fd2, XML, Java\u88dc\u7fd2,Server\u88dc\u7fd2, MySQL\u88dc\u7fd2, \u4e2d\u5b78\u96fb\u8166\u79d1\u79c1\u4eba\u88dc\u7fd2, \u5728\u8077\u4eba\u58eb\u96fb\u8166\u63d0\u5347\u88dc\u7fd2,\u5c08\u696d\u8003\u8a66\u96fb\u8166 \u88dc\u7fd2,\u96fb\u8166\u5716\u50cf\u8a2d\u8a08\u96fb\u8166\u88dc\u7fd2, gra\">class<\/a> connectivity solutions to our customers on both fixed and mobile networks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are expanding our footprint in the region, allowing us to further leverage our operational scale and unique subsea network,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Liberty Latin America also said in a statement \u201cthis enhanced national and regional scale will provide a platform for both improved and exciting services for all our customers and for further material synergies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The agreement represents all shares held in UTS by the Government of Curacao.
