It’s been a while since we’ve heard the words “Saints Row” spoken aloud, but that’s about to change. According to Deadline<\/a>, a film adaptation of the gonzo open-world series is in the works, and F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton<\/em>, The Fate of the Furious, Men in Black: International<\/em>) is attached to direct.<\/p>\n

Greg Russo is writing the script for the film. It’s not Russo’s first crack at working within the\u00a0game space, either. He’s also working on the script for the upcoming Mortal Kombat reboot.<\/p>\n
