瑞安房地產主席羅康瑞表示，現時正研究出售資產回報率較差的項目，未來亦會繼續推動「輕資產」發展，並會更加專注發展商業項目，大灣區的投資亦會因新模式發展，但暫未有計劃再投資香港市場。<\/p>\n

他指，未來若有合適地皮項目，會與其他內房合作發展，由對方負責住宅，瑞房負責商業部分，認為可以提升發展速度，但不會完全放棄住宅業務。<\/p>\n

羅康瑞提到，現時內地房地產市場再度蓬勃，銷售亦見改善，相信在中美貿易戰之下，房地產行業可以為經濟增長帶來支持作用，對內地樓市前景感樂觀，有信心做到全年銷售目標100億元人民幣。<\/p>\n
