翠華控股今年少賺94%，盈利跌至474.1萬元。主席兼執行董事李遠康解釋，人民幣貶值及中美貿易戰等因素影響消費者意欲，不排除會因應個別食材成本上漲，考慮稍後為個別食品加價。<\/p>\n

新上任行政總裁李𧘲鍵表示，未來會以「固本培元」方式整合旗下商舖，並已作出部署，包括鞏固「翠華」品牌，翻新部分店舖、拓展新品牌、透過電話下單提升營運效益等。他又說會以正面心態營運，暫時沒有賣盤意向。<\/p>\n

首席營運官兼中國區行政總裁唐錦雄補充，會把商圈重疊、租約期滿的店舖關閉，並進駐沒有分店的地方，並重點著眼於主要交通樞紐，亦以較少的店面面積為主。他又說，今年本港約滿的店舖約有3間，公司會物色新店舖，以維持分店數目。他期望未來做好同店銷售。<\/p>\n
