Helping aliens<\/a> escape Area 51 requires a lot of cardio and strength training, as shown in a new hilarious video that is taking over Instagram.<\/p>\n

The video, which was posted by apiecebuyguy on Instagram<\/a>, shows a man engaging in various exercises, including mini obstacles, moving a cart, and walking on a treadmill with some “extraterrestrial” weight. While receiving tips from his coach, the guy is carrying a cheeky alien around, who seems to enjoy not doing any work at all during the rigorous circuit.<\/p>\n
