(Photo Credit: Idaho Humane Society)<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>A mischievous cat may have been calling for her own &#8220;rescue.&#8221; Firefighters in Idaho responded to a fire alarm at an animal shelter on Friday, only to discover that a stray cat taken in by the shelter earlier that day had triggered the call.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;[The day]\u00a0started off as a normal day at our shelter when suddenly the fire alarm sounded around 12:30pm,&#8221; the Idaho Humane Society in Boise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/idahohumanesociety\/videos\/2206789506279525\/\"  rel=\"noopener\">posted on Facebook<\/a>. &#8220;We hadn&#8217;t scheduled a drill, so we were all scratching our heads wondering what was happening?&#8221;<\/p>\n<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><script>(function(d, s, id) {\n  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];\n  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;\n  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;\n  js.src = 'https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v3.2';\n  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);\n}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));<\/script><\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/idahohumanesociety\/videos\/2206789506279525\/\" data-width=\"500\" data-show-text=\"true\">\n<blockquote class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\" cite=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/idahohumanesociety\/videos\/2206789506279525\/\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>The shelter said firefighters arrived on the scene and assessed the facility.
