財政司司長陳茂波表示，過去一個多月，香港樓市的交投淡靜，但他表示，樓市表現受很多因素影響，特區政府認為，本港目前的樓價仍相當高，如果市場有秩序調整並無問題。他又說，任何修改樓宇需求管理的措施，在現階段都是不需要和言之尚早。<\/p>\n

陳茂波出席一個電視台節目後回應傳媒提問時重申，新推出的經濟措施是主要針對經濟困難，不是用作回應政治訴求，又說，市民的意見政府已聽到，正考慮作回應。他又說，在新措施醞釀期間，已與不同業界和立法會政黨溝通，希望措施能由市民的角度出發。<\/p>\n
