Amazon gets that not everyone wants to invite strangers into their house, garage<\/a>, or high-end vehicle<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead, the retail giant is expanding Counter<\/a>\u2014its network of staffed pickup points at partner shops.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the Amazon Hub network of secure collection<\/a> sites, Counter now provides customers with access to thousands more locations, including wellness brand GNC, pharmacy Health Mart, and Stage Stores (which operates under the Bealls, Palais Royal, Peebles, Stage, Goody’s, and Gordmans nameplates).<\/span><\/p>\n

“The response we’ve heard from our customers and partners after the launch of Counter earlier this year has been tremendous,” Patrick Supanc, worldwide director of Amazon Hub, said in a statement.<\/span><\/p>\n

“This new network of pickup points gives customers a pickup experience that is fast, flexible, and convenient,” he continued. “And partners are thrilled with the strong engagement and additional foot traffic Counter is driving for their stores.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The option is available to all users at no extra cost (meaning you don’t need a Prime account to benefit), and can be used with same-, one-, or two-day shipping, as well as standard shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simply proceed to checkout and select one of the Counter pickup points available in your zip code as the delivery location.<\/span><\/p>\n

As soon as your parcel arrives, Amazon will email you a unique barcode\u2014as well as a reminder of the address and opening hours of your selected store.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nip in any time, follow the Amazon Hub signs, and provide your barcode to the staff, who will scan it before retrieving your bundle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers have 14 days to collect any deliveries.<\/span><\/p>\n
