Most people know Martin Luther King Jr.’s iconic “I Have a Dream” speech only from history books and soundbites.<\/span><\/p>\n

That will soon change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Starting in late February, visitors to the DuSable Museum of African American History in Chicago can recreate the public sermon in all its inspirational glory via <\/span>Time<\/span><\/i> magazine’s immersive project “The March.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition<\/a>, scheduled to open on Feb. 28, brings the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom and Dr. King’s stirring speech to virtual reality for the first time.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The first exhibit of The March at the DuSable Museum will allow visitors of all ages to powerfully witness and participate in history first-hand, like never before,” <\/span>Time<\/span><\/i> Editorial Director of Immersive Experiences Mia Tramz said in a statement<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
