The process is self-explanatory, but we have all of the information and tips you need to know about as you go through each step.<\/p>\n<h2>How to set up your Galaxy phone<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Start by <strong>selecting the language<\/strong> you&#8217;d like to use for setup \u2014 you <em>can<\/em> change this later.<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;re coming from a Samsung phone, you can skip most of this setup process and restore from that phone. Just open up Smart Switch on your current phone, and follow the prompts on both phones.\n<ul>\n<li>We recommend doing this with a cable rather than Wi-Fi, which really speeds up the process.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, if you want to set up fresh or don&#8217;t have a Samsung phone, continue with step 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connect to a Wi-Fi network<\/strong>.
