壹傳媒終止出售台灣蘋果日報業務

壹傳媒公布，經考慮買方建議後，認為按照買方表明的條件出售台灣蘋果日報業務及台灣一所物業不符合公司利益，買賣雙方已同意即日起終止諒解備忘錄。

壹傳媒公告說，買方須於終止諒解備忘錄日起3個工作日內將收到的機密資料正本、副本或任何形式複製品退還，或按照指示銷毀。諒解備忘錄中的保密義務自終止日起計3年仍有效。

壹傳媒認為，終止諒解備忘錄符合公司及股東整體利益，對公司現有業務或財務狀況並無重大不利影響。

壹傳媒上周一公布，就出售台灣蘋果日報業務及位於台灣的一所物業，與買方訂立諒解備忘錄。…
