金管局：全球金融穩定中期風險並未減退

金管局年報表示，預計全球經濟增長仍然疲弱，貿易緊張形勢可能持續，低息環境可能令全球進一步追求收益，推動資產估值及增加負債風險，全球金融穩定中期風險並未減退，資金流向再度波動的風險仍然存在，有需要加強市場監察跨境合作，提升金融體系抗禦能力。

年報又指出，面對疫情及波動的宏觀經濟環境，港元匯率一直保持平穩，去年強方兌換保證合共被觸發85次，累計流入約3835億元資金，認為聯繫匯率制度繼續暢順有序運作。

金管局又指，會與業界探討更多轉數快潛在應用場景，進一步推動香港電子支付，正與業界合作制定二…

外匯基金去年底長期增長組合投資市值4064億元

金管局表示，外匯基金去年投資收入2358億元，投資回報率5.3%，自1994年起計外匯基金複合年度投資回報率4.8%，高於同期香港綜合消費物價指數2%的升幅。

金管局年報指出，截至去年底外匯基金當中長期增長組合投資市值4064億元，其中私募股權2997億元，房地產1067億元。長期增長組合中未履行投資承擔總額2241億元。自2009年以來長期增長組合內部回報率年率13.7%。…

緬軍空襲克倫族村莊　全國團結政府拒無條件放人前對話

緬甸軍方發動政變奪權近三個月，由被罷免國會議員等人組成的全國團結政府向東盟表明，無意在軍方無條件釋放國務資政昂山素姬等領袖前，進行任何建設性對話。

東盟代表上周末召開特別會議，就緬甸局勢達成5項共識，但未有明確要求緬甸軍方釋放昂山素姬等被扣押領袖。有民眾在第二大城市曼德勒繼續反軍方示威。

澳洲男子車禍現場拍攝垂死警員　判囚10個月

澳洲一名男子承認在車禍現場，嘲笑並拍攝垂死警員，被判監10個月。

案發於去年4月，42歲被告在墨爾本一條高速公路超速，被4名警員截停，警員預備拘捕並扣押被告的跑車時，被一輛貨車撞到。被告見死不救，反而在旁邊幸災樂禍，用手機拍片與親友分享，並在片中形容「精彩」並「公義」，又表示要回家慶祝。4名警察最終傷重不治。

事件引起公憤。被告事後被捕，被控破壞公眾體統、藏有毒品及超速等罪名，上月在維多利亞州一個法院承認控罪。案件今日判刑，法官形容被告行為無情、殘忍並可恥，判監10個月、罰款1000澳元…
