Players must generally help these orbs of light, otherwise known as Seelie, find their ways back home.<\/p>\n<p>Each Seelie in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/genshin-impact\"><em>Genshin Impact<\/em><\/a> resides in its own pillar or statue, resembling a small teleport waypoint. Once inhabited by a Seelie, the statues&#8217; heads glow green like the spirits and trigger a nearby reward. Sometimes players are tasked with helping multiple Seelie before a chest appears, but nonetheless Seelie will always\u00a0gift players after being helped back to their statues.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/genshin-impact-klee-jean-combo\/\">Genshin Impact Fan Shares Klee Jean Combo Secret<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Although there are a plethora of Seelie <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/genshin-impact-chest-respawn-guide\/\">tucked away throughout Teyvat<\/a>, the spirits help a player out by remembering their ways home. That is to say, once a player finds a Seelie, they simply need to keep following it until it guides itself and the player back to its statue. Unfortunately, players\u00a0who find an empty statue before the Seelie will find themselves wondering where the spirit is hiding.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0pursuit of these Seelie,\u00a0one observant player has\u00a0shared a discovery regarding a new use for the game&#8217;s often forgotten &#8220;Elemental Vision&#8221; feature. Toggled by touching a button\u00a0found on the player radar, Elemental Vision allows players to see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/genshin-impact-elements-guide\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hidden traces of Elemental magic in <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/genshin-impact-elements-guide\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Genshin Impact<\/em><\/a>. Players can&#8217;t use this while walking or it deactivates, and only certain quests truly require the ability, so many tend to forget it exists. That being said, Elemental Vision apparently has a barely-mentioned bonus feature.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Genshin_Impact\/comments\/j6frf5\/psa_if_you_find_a_empty_statue_you_can_see_the\/\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>If a player uses Elemental Vision near an empty Seelie statue, they will be able to see traces of the Seelie&#8217;s magic pointing in their direction. Given all of these green wisps are found within close proximity of their empty statues, this should come as a relief to players tired of looking for <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/genshin-impact-treasure-location-find-how\/\">missing <em>Genshin Impact<\/em> treasure chests<\/a>. Simply approach an empty statue, activate Elemental Vision, and rotate the camera until Seelie traces are visible.<\/p>\n<p>Once spotted, players can follow the general direction of the &#8220;footsteps&#8221; until they\u00a0see a floating Seelie. Seelie hold they key to various <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/genshin-impact-nameless-treasure-find-how-where\/\">different treasure chests and challenges across Teyvat<\/a>, such as the\u00a0notorious\u00a0Cecilia Garden\u00a0puzzle, so players will find themselves hunting down the critters more often than not.
