God of War<\/strong> will run at 60 frames per second on PlayStation 5 and will support your saved game data from PlayStation 4, developer Sony Santa Monica has confirmed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

If you decide to boot up God of War on your PS5 from November 12, you’ll be able to select a ‘Favor Performance’ option from the game’s menu. This will allow you to boost the game to 60fps. Though this option is available on PS4 Pro, we imagine the PS5 version will be more stable and consistently operate at around 60fps.<\/p>\n

The developer has not made it clear if the resolution will go beyond 1080p if you choose this option, though.<\/p>\n
