Fans can now have an inside look at one of the first new PS5 titles,\u00a0The Pathless,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>which is also coming to PS4, PC, and Apple Arcade.<\/p>\n

Many gamers are curious to see how next-generation games, like\u00a0The Pathless<\/a>,<\/em> will incorporate the\u00a0PS5’s new features<\/a>. Made by the developers behind ABZU<\/em>, the company promises a mythic adventure of an archer and an eagle set to disperse a dark curse set to destroy the world.<\/p>\n

Annapurna Interactive says\u00a0that there will be two physical editions of The Pathless<\/em> available for fans on PlayStation 5 that will be ready to ship globally on December 8th. Not only that, Annapurna Interactive<\/a>\u00a0and Giant Squid Studios have teamed up with iam8Bit studios to create a version with special physical pack-ins, which is available on the iam8bit website.<\/p>\n

As one of the launch games for PlayStation 5<\/a>, The Pathless<\/em> has a lot of hype to live up to. Game Squid Studios and Annapurna Interactive plan to honor this by not holding back for the game’s release. As part of the Day One Edition of the game, players have access to the physical copy of the game and six unique art cards. For the iam8bit studio’s version of the game, players will receive the PlayStation 5 physical copy, six unique art cards, a poster, and reversible cover art.<\/p>\n

Iam8bit also has plans to release a vinyl soundtrack for The Pathless\u00a0<\/em>that will be available sometime in early 2021 on its website. The soundtrack is encased in a 2xLP Gatefold jacket, with one of the vinyl pieces in a “Cleansed Blue” color while the other is in a “Cursed Red” shade. It is also set to feature Grammy-nominated composer Austin Wintory on the vinyl, who is most known for his work on the games\u00a0Flow<\/em> and Journey<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em> The cover art for the album will also showcase the work of Emmy winning artist Elaine Lee, who has worked in a variety of genres, such as comics and graphic novels.<\/p>\n

Giant Squid Studios and Annapurna Interactive how they plan to celebrate its launch date for fans of the game. The Pathless<\/em> Vinyl soundtrack and\u00a0iam8bit version are available for pre-order on the company’s website at iam8bit.com, respectively. The Day One edition of the game is available for pre-order at retailers starting today. Hopefully, this deal gets gamers excited for the immersion within the world of The Pathless<\/em><\/a> and sets off the PlayStation 5 with a high note.<\/p>\n

The Pathless\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is set to launch on November 12th for iOS, PC, PS4, and PS5.<\/p>\n
