These special NPCs bring some powerful skills and equipment to the table, and fans that recruit them will have a significant advantage as they progress through Watch Dogs Legion<\/em><\/a>. One of the Skilled Operatives that players may be particularly interested in is the Spy, and this guide details exactly\u00a0where this recruit can be found.<\/p>\n

The most-reliable\u00a0way to get a Spy in\u00a0Watch Dogs Legion\u00a0<\/em>starts with turning the City of Westminster defiant, which will occur after a player has completed the tasks located at the red marks in the borough. These tasks will have Watch Dogs Legion<\/em> fans<\/a> rescuing a freedom fighter, disrupting propaganda, and more, and players will know that the City of Westminster has gone defiant when a green checkmark appears next to its name.<\/p>\n

From there,\u00a0fans must complete a mission called “Like Clockwork” that centers around taking control of a drone and using it to climb Big Ben. At the top of this iconic clocktower players will find a computer, and they must simply interact with it to unlock the Spy. Fans may then want to try out some of the toys that come with this\u00a0Watch Dogs Legion<\/em> recruit<\/a>, and the spy car is perhaps the most exciting gadget that they have.<\/p>\n

This is certainly not the only way to recruit a Spy in\u00a0Watch Dogs Legion<\/em><\/a>, though, as these Skilled Operatives can appear in a variety of locations across the map. For instance, players will occasionally find Spies gathered in the alley next to the MI6 building on the west side of Lambeth, and they can recruit one directly from there.\u00a0Fans can also look for a Spy at\u00a0the County Hall in this same borough (near the Westminster Bridge), as one will occasionally appear in that building’s courtyard.<\/p>\n

It is also possible to find a Spy near the burger place in Tower Hamlets and by the coffee shop in the City of London, giving players even more opportunities to recruit one of these Skilled Operatives. While it is unlikely that most fans will need so many\u00a0of these opportunities, they may prove useful to those\u00a0players that are doing a permadeath run of\u00a0Watch Dogs Legion<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0Indeed, even if a fan playing on this higher-difficulty setting loses a Spy or two, there are plenty of locations that they can visit to recruit another one.<\/p>\n

Watch Dogs Legion<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One. The game will launch with the Xbox Series X on November 10 and the PS5 on November 24.<\/p>\n
