Multiple reports have surfaced with Switch owners stating their Nintendo Accounts have been accessed without their authorization.<\/p>\n
Yesterday, there were reports of Switch owners having their accounts showing unauthorized purchases or access.<\/p>\n
While Nintendo has yet to confirm such accounts by users, but today, it released a statement to Eurogamer<\/a> saying it was “aware of reports of unauthorized access” to some Nintendo Accounts and it was investigating the matter.<\/p>\n To be safe, Nintendo has recommended all account holders enable two-step verification<\/a> for their Nintendo Account.
