Marvel\u2019s Spider-Man Remastered, the next-gen re-release of the acclaimed 2018 title, has two more Spidey suits swinging its way. The remaster already sports several updates including the addition of Andrew Garfield\u2019s suit<\/a> from <\/span><\/span>The Amazing Spider-Man<\/span><\/span> film and a controversial redesign <\/a>for Peter Parker.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Feast your eyes on the Arachnid Rider (above) and Armored Advanced suits (below).\u00a0Before any comic fans rack their brains recalling which stories\u00a0the outfits come from, Insomniac\u00a0confirmed<\/a> they are original creations and will be unlockable in-game. The studio also states that the remaster\u2019s three\u00a0new suits will also come to the PS4 version of the game, though at an undetermined date.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You can never have too many Spidey outfits, and these look as good as anything else. The Arachnid Rider\u2019s cel-shaded, anime-esque style is especially unique. Although, the Armored Advanced suit looks slick in how striking it is. As a Spider-Man nerd, let\u2019s just say I am okay with everything that is happening here.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Marvel\u2019s Spider-Man Remastered takes advantage of the PlayStation 5\u2019s power with faster load times, improved visuals, 3D spatial audio, and haptic feedback via the DualSense controller. It also includes all 3 chapters of The City That Never Sleeps DLC. The game launches November 12\u00a0as a pack-in with the $69.99 Ultimate Edition of Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Unfortunately, the remaster will not\u00a0be sold separately\u00a0nor as a next-gen upgrade for owners of the PS4 version.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
