Mass Effect<\/em><\/strong> fans have a lot to be excited about. Saturday saw the announcement of\u00a0Mass Effect: Legendary Edition<\/em>, a remaster of the original Mass Effect<\/em><\/a> trilogy, as well as the confirmation that a new Mass Effect<\/em> title is in development.\u00a0Fittingly, BioWare and Electronic Arts are capitalizing on the energy, delivering a new round of Mass Effect<\/em> merchandise as part of N7 Day. The jewel of the\u00a0collection seems to be an Alliance Normandy SR-1 Replica.<\/p>\n

Dark Horse Direct, a division of the Dark Horse comic books publisher, provides direct-to-consumer merchandise tied to all manner of pop culture properties. On Saturday, Dark Horse Direct<\/a> revealed three new Mass Effect<\/em> products, including the Alliance Normandy SR-1 Replica. The\u00a0others\u00a0are a set of four Mass Effect<\/em> Character Prints, and a set of Mass Effect<\/em> Paragon & Renegade Bookends. All three items are currently available to purchase, though it may be some time before they’re shipped.<\/p>\n

The Mass Effect<\/em> Alliance Normandy SR-1 is 14 inches in length and 5.6 inches wide, 24 pounds in weight, and comes with a stand designed to look like the Moon and a rod so that the Normandy<\/a> looks as if it’s floating. The Mass Effect<\/em> Alliance Normandy SR-1 is available only in limited quantity, with just 500 planned. It will cost $249.99, and shipments for pre-orders are expected to go out between August and October 2021.<\/p>\n

The Mass Effect<\/em> Character Prints Portfolio is a set of four different prints made by artist Matt Taylor. The four characters featured are Liara T’Soni, the Illusive Man, Aria T’Loak, and Garrus Vakarian, represented from four different Mass Effect<\/em> comic book series<\/a> published by Dark Horse. Only 250 portfolios of four 8×12″ prints are being made, each with a digital code for all of Dark Horse’s Mass Effect<\/em> comics. The price for the set is $125, with shipping planned for December 2020 though January 2021.<\/p>\n
