Destiny 2\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>players are just about finish up the final season before\u00a0Beyond Light\u00a0<\/em>drops on Tuesday. This season, the Season of Arrivals, will be coming to a close with a small Live Event inside of the Destiny 2<\/em> Tower<\/a>. But when the event will occur is still a little bit of mystery.<\/p>\n

While no official time is listed, players have been warned that they have to log out of\u00a0Destiny\u00a0<\/em>at 4PM PST to download a small patch. Most likely, this patch is all about the Live Event for the\u00a0Season of Arrival<\/em>‘s<\/a>\u00a0end. Also, the beginning of the 14-hour\u00a0Destiny<\/em>\u00a0server reset is set to start at 7 PM PST, with\u00a0Destiny 2\u00a0<\/em>logins being cut off at 6:50 PM PST. Given that, players should expect to be able to log in between 4pm PST and 6:50 PST in order to see the live event.<\/p>\n

Inside of an email released by Bungie last week, the team accidentally spoiled the upcoming end-of-season event. The message said: \u201cBe sure to catch the finale of the Season and see the conclusion before Beyond Light releases. For more information on what is coming, read the new This Week at Bungie now.<\/em>\u201d But there was not a single mention of the event in\u00a0This Week at Bungie<\/em>, although there was a brief mention of the Spicy Ramen Coupons in\u00a0Destiny 2<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

A few hours later,\u00a0the end-of-Season-of-Arrivals Live Event\u00a0was confirmed by Luke Smith, the game director of Destiny 2<\/em><\/a>, on Twitter, but no time was listed. Smith tweeted that it would be a “small event to close out the Season of Arrivals,<\/em>” and that the team “wanted it to be a surprise<\/em>.” He also mentioned that it would be time to hang out in the Tower “before the Lights go out<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
