Spider-Man: Miles Morales has a $50 price tag, but almost everything else is $70, including Demon&rsquo;s Souls, and even third-party titles like Godfall.<\/p>\n<p>Citing anonymous executives, Bloomberg&rsquo;s report says Sony considered going even higher than $70, before settling on the new standard, which may explain why the hike is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/09\/17\/ps5-game-prices-70-usd-70-gbp-80-euro\/\" >disproportionate in The UK and Europe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>2K Games was, of course, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/07\/02\/nba-2k21-will-cost-you-10-more-on-ps5-and-xbox-series-x\/\" >first to confirm $70 prices for its next-gen games<\/a>, though the publisher has since clarified that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/08\/04\/take-two-70-usd-modest-increase-game-by-game\/\" >these decisions are set on a game by game basis<\/a>.
