With retailers like Amazon<\/a>, GameStop<\/a> and Target<\/a> periodically refreshing stock levels online, it’s probably best to stay home, keep several browser tabs open and keep refreshing those pages. Fingers crossed!<\/span><\/p>\n PS5 pre-ordering<\/a> has already proven to be quite the rollercoaster of experiences, due to the huge demand and the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the supply chain. <\/span>We’ve already seen reports of several retailers having to cancel pre-orders<\/a> due to allocating more than their promised supply, leading to many unhappy customers.<\/span><\/p>\n As of right now, gamers will find it nigh-on impossible to simply walk into a store and purchase a PS5 on launch day without pre-ordering beforehand.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
