It was earlier this year that\u00a0Nioh 2<\/em><\/strong> launched to rave reviews and positive fan reception.\u00a0Developer Team Ninja’s\u00a0own spin on the Dark Souls<\/em> formula became a big hit with the original\u00a0Nioh<\/em> in 2017\u00a0and with Nioh 2<\/em> being just as successful<\/a>, it’s no surprise it is getting a great package deal alongside new ports.<\/p>\n

Publisher Koei Tecmo confirms that Nioh 2<\/em> will receive the Complete Edition treatment by packaging the 2019 sequel along with all of Nioh 2<\/em>‘s post-release DLC expansions<\/a>.\u00a0The publisher also announced that the Complete Edition won’t simply be limited to the PlayStation 4, but also release on PC and PlayStation 5.<\/p>\n

The Nioh 2 Complete Edition<\/em>\u00a0will release on February 5 in 2021 and will include the already released Tengu’s Disciple<\/a> and Darkness in the Capital DLC packs as well as the forthcoming First Samurai expansion. With Nioh 2<\/em> releasing in March of this year, the port for Steam comes just under a month away from a full year of PlayStation exclusivity. PC players will also get the added bonus often associated with Steam releases, a wonderfully goofy hat. Nioh 2<\/em> players will receive an exclusive “Valve Helmet” which takes the term “keyboard samurai” quite literally.<\/p>\n
