It seems 2020 is a year filled with high-profile streamers being banned from Twitch<\/strong>, be it permanently or temporarily. While some Twitch users have been banned<\/a> for understandable and sometimes concerning reasons, many are being banned for controversial reasons, or even lack any significant reason at all.\u00a0One\u00a0recent notable streamer to be affected by this is a user known as m0xyy.<\/p>\n

At the time of the ban, m0xyy had over 500,000 followers, making him a fairly popular figure in the streaming community. He originally began streaming on Twitch<\/a> back in 2015, however his channel is now stripped of all that history.<\/p>\n

Like many other recent examples on Twitch, m0xyy has been banned due to the DMCA strikes hitting thousands of streamers across the platform. Shortly before the ban, the streamer posted his concern on his Twitter about the possibility of something happening in the future. It seems those concerns would come to fruition for him sooner than expected.<\/p>\n
