Multiplayer is just as ferocious as ever, but veterans and newbies alike may want to give pause and check their intel before diving in.<\/p>\n

It turns out that Cold War<\/em> has changed<\/a> more than a few things that can mean the difference between life or death in a firefight. To emerge triumphantly,\u00a0players will have to abide by these new changes. Here are the most significant tips to get ahead in multiplayer.<\/p>\n

10 <\/span>Don’t Release That Trigger<\/h2>\n

One facet of Cold War’s<\/em> multiplayer that seems to be tripping gamers up is a new mechanic that makes enemies harder to kill. Veteran COD<\/em> players used to previous games can find themselves letting up on the trigger before their target has fallen, and this can be quite costly.<\/p>\n

Those new to the game will have to get used to holding down the trigger until the target is fully down, otherwise, the opponent has a chance to win the shootout.
