Due to the system&#8217;s online capabilities, the Nintendo Switch has also become a surprisingly successful platform for MMORPGs, with many Japanese and western titles finding huge popularity with Nintendo&#8217;s audience. Now, developer Aiming has announced that it is bringing <strong><em>Caravan Stories<\/em><\/strong> to Nintendo Switch.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/best-budget-switch-rpgs\/\">10 Best Budget RPGs for Switch<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The port was announced during an anniversary live stream, in which the developer briefly discussed plans to bring the title to the Nintendo Switch in the future, however no release window was announced. <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/free-anime-mmos-for-otaku\/\"><em>Caravan Stories<\/em> is free-to-play<\/a>, meaning players can jump in for free once downloading the client from the Nintendo eShop upon its release.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D0i9HzzfDJM?start=8619&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While no information has been revealed for when to expect <em>Caravan Stories<\/em> on the Nintendo Switch, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/toontown-online-disney-mmo-cancelled-then-rewritten\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">it will join a bevvy of Nintendo eShop MMO titles<\/a> such as <em>Warframe<\/em>, <em>Dauntless<\/em>, <em>DC Universe Online<\/em>, and Japanese-only titles such as <em>Dragon Quest 10<\/em> and <em>Phantasy Star Online 2<\/em>, which are currently inaccessible to the rest of the world.<\/p>\n<p>Thankfully, when <em>Caravan Stories<\/em> does release on Nintendo Switch, fans won&#8217;t have to wait long for the game&#8217;s western release, as the game already hit western PS4s in 2019, following its original mobile launch in Asia in 2017.
