In a recent story on Travis Scott, it is revealed that the all-world Rapper has big things in store with\u00a0PlayStation. In the past few years, Travis Scott has gone from being a Forbes 30-under-30 star because of his music to someone who seems to have an innate ability to creatively market for some of the biggest companies in the world. And although Travis Scott has already been working with\u00a0PlayStation<\/a>\u00a0for a couple of months, it looks like more may be on the way.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0an article by Forbes,\u00a0Travis Scott in his collaboration with PlayStation<\/a>\u00a0has already received millions. He has appeared in PS5 advertisements, he has PlayStation shoes, and that’s just the start.\u00a0And Travis Scott isn’t just being called in for a promotional appearance. According to Sony, he has been a strategic and creative partner in innovative projects. Some of the biggest companies in the world are using him for his marketing mind, not just his big name.<\/p>\n

The rapper and entrepreneur\u00a0is usually quiet about his projects, as he wants his work to be surprising and exciting when revealed.\u00a0Travis Scott’s worldwide PS5 advertising campaign<\/a>\u00a0is an example of this. However, according to the Forbes article, Scott is expected to earn $20 million or more in a multi-year deal with PlayStation, and some of those details will start rolling out in the next couple of weeks.<\/p>\n

In the world of video games, Travis Scott started off the year in an impressive fashion. With\u00a0Fortnite,<\/em>\u00a0Travis Scott received a special event<\/a>, a concert, an in-game skin, and much more. While there have been periods in which the Fortnite<\/em> community is engulfed with special events or exciting skins, there has arguably never been a time in which so much of the game was surrounded by one person. While Marshmello started the concert fun and Ninja received an in-game skin, Travis Scott basically received an entire season in Fortnite,<\/em> which is remarkable.<\/p>\n

Travis Scott has become a megastar<\/a>\u00a0over the last couple of years, with his music being the catapult to greater things. With his McDonalds collaboration, Scott designed a meal himself and it became so popular that the burger joint had a shortage of supplies. It will be very interesting to see what he does next, both with the PlayStation 5 and beyond.<\/p>\n
