For example, one Twitch streamer has already <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/demons-souls-no-hit-run\/\">beaten <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> without getting hit<\/a> a single time.<\/p>\n<p>Now, one YouTuber has made another template for <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> challenge runs that would make for quite the entertaining watch. YouTuber Super Louis 64 has remapped two DK Bongo controllers to be able to play through <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/demons-souls\/\"><em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em><\/a>, minus a few key inputs, of course.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/demons-souls-rubber-ducks\/\"><strong>Demon&#8217;s Souls Developer Used Rubber Ducks to Test Effects<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Super Louis 64\u2019s channel mostly revolves around playing video games with strange controllers. Super Louis 64 has played tons of games with controllers that absolutely should not be used for certain games, especially challenging games from the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/demons-souls-review\/\"><em>Souls<\/em> series like <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em><\/a>. He has played <em>Dark Souls 3<\/em> with a <em>Guitar Hero<\/em> guitar, played <em>Mario Kart<\/em> with a RingCon controller, and has even made controllers out of a handful of literal bananas. Now, Super Louis 64 has busted out the classic DK Bongo controllers once again to play <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> with.<\/p>\n<p>Super Louis 64\u2019s video goes into detail on how he got these controllers to work with the PS5 and how he modded the bongos to give them the proper inputs. Getting the bongos to work on PS5 was as simple as plugging them in, but assigning the inputs was done separately. Additionally, the DK Bongo controller only has five inputs, so even though Super Louis 64 used two bongos, he only had 10 total inputs to work with. Still, Super Louis 64 is no slouch when it comes to using DK Bongo controllers, seeing as he <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/sekiro-dk-bongos\/\">beat <em>Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice<\/em> with DK Bongo<\/a>\u00a0controllers\u00a0once before.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oPMPllUzqWc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Essentially, Super Louis 64 got rid of nearly every unnecessary input, only keeping the inputs that were absolutely necessary to play the game, like moving, attacking, and resetting the game\u2019s camera. Much to his and many of his viewer\u2019s surprise<em>, Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> can actually be played relatively well on a pair of DK Bongos. Super Louis 64 accomplishes some impressive feats in the video, even taking down <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/demons-souls-ps5-how-to-beat-every-boss\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">one of <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> earliest bosses<\/a>, the Vanguard Demon. Unfortunately, Super Louis hasn\u2019t yet beat <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> using only his pair of DK Bongos.<\/p>\n<p><em>Like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice<\/em> before it, Super Louis 64 has played plenty of games with the DK Bongos. He has played fast-paced shooters like <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-dk-bongos\/\"><em>Call of Duty: Modern Warfare<\/em> with bongos<\/a>, even managing to win games with the unorthodox controller. Super Louis 64 has expressed some desire to finish <em>Demon\u2019s Souls<\/em> with the bongo controllers, and may do so eventually on his Twitch channel.
