While Atlus has yet to post the trailer for the game, it has leaked, showing fans that <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/persona-5-scramble\/\"><em>Persona 5 Scramble<\/em><\/a> will boast the same hack-and-slash gameplay in the United States, albeit with a new title.<\/p>\n<p>In the West, <em>Persona 5 Scramble<\/em> will be going by the name <em>Persona 5 Strikers<\/em>, dropping the \u201cScramble\u201d subtitle in favor of something more fitting of the gameplay. While some were <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/hyrule-warriors-age-of-calamity-persona-5-scramble\/\">worrying about the Western version\u2019s status<\/a> following the <em>Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity<\/em> announcement, <em>Persona<\/em> fans outside of Japan can rest assured that the latest adventure for the beloved characters is still coming. As it turns out, the game will also be releasing sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/persona-5-elegant-ladies-empress-arcana\/\">Persona 5: 3 Elegant Ladies from the Empress Arcana<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Confirming a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/persona-5-scramble-english-version-localization-release-date-february-2021-rumor-asia-retailers\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Persona 5 Scramble<\/em> rumor from last week<\/a>, the game is set to release in February of next year. Arriving on February 23, specifically, the Western release comes exactly a year after the Japanese launch. Surprisingly, the leaked trailer ends with confirmation of another platform for <em>Persona 5 Strikers<\/em>. While the Switch and PS4 versions were both expected, the reveal that <em>Persona 5 Strikers<\/em> would launch on Steam as well is a genuine shocker.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7-mhYUP2rjM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>With the main game still not available on Nintendo Switch, and gamers coping by <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/animal-crossing-new-horizons-persona-5\/\">recreating <em>Persona 5<\/em> scenes in <em>Animal Crossing<\/em><\/a>, perhaps the Western release of this spinoff could push fans to voice the need for <em>Persona 5<\/em> on other platforms. If that ever happens, a Steam release seems just as likely as a Switch release based on this latest reveal. Regardless, at least <em>Persona 5 Scramble<\/em> is guaranteed to come to a larger audience, with an appropriate comment from Ryuji of \u201cfor real?\u201d at the end of the trailer.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from an official release date and a surprise Steam platform announcement, the rest of the trailer is fairly predictable for those that followed the game\u2019s Japanese release. With glimpses at the action-heavy combat of the spinoff as well as cutscenes from the game\u2019s story, the trailer does a fine job of hyping up fans who may not be knowledgeable on what the spinoff entails.
