From there, head over to the recent tab and click on the banner that is offering the game. This only appears for users with the most up-to-date version of the client, so make sure yours is on the latest version. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gog.com\/news\/the_witcher_enhanced_edition_now_free_for_all_gog_galaxy_users?pp=72a63f72e856d8ded49ee65077238a4ec8b5b453\">The post for the promotion<\/a> then says, &ldquo;After a while, the game will show up in your games library inside the application and in your GOG.COM collection.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>And there you go, you now own The Witcher: Enhanced Edition. Easy as that. It will be yours to keep forever.<\/p>\n<p>This is the game that really did kick things off for CD Projekt Red, who have ballooned into one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world since.<\/p>\n<p>The first game, while large at the time, tells a much, much smaller scale story than breakout hit The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. However, it was still video games&rsquo; introduction to Geralt of Rivia. It&rsquo;s a fun little adventure for what it is and sets up the story the developer would later go on to tell.<\/p>\n<p>So, if you have a spare 40 hours before you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/12\/02\/cyberpunk-2077-streams-lets-plays-will-taken-ahead-release\/\">dive into Cyberpunk 2077 next week<\/a>, feel free to get your copy.
