The Witcher 3<\/strong> <\/em>released over five years ago, but it is still beloved by many and considered one of the best RPGs of all time<\/a>. Developer CD Projekt Red has kept the game alive through various means as fans enjoy\u00a0it from around the world, and one recent item is a Witcher-<\/em>themed sword calendar for 2021.<\/p>\n

CD Projekt Red is quite busy with Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> finally releasing in just a few days<\/a>. However, the upcoming futuristic role-playing game is not stopping\u00a0content for\u00a0all things\u00a0Witcher,<\/em>\u00a0its fantasy-themed RPG.\u00a0Kaer Morhen Forge, a blacksmith who happens to be officially licensed by CD Projekt Red to forge real Witcher<\/em>-themed swords for purchase, recently posted a\u00a0Witcher<\/em> calendar based on their creations\u00a0which is\u00a0available to pre-order for\u00a0the rest of December 6, 2020.<\/p>\n

There are some\u00a0amazing swords to collect in The Witcher 3<\/em><\/a>, and all of the Witcher<\/em> series, which offers a lot of content for\u00a0the calendar. Each month showcases a different sword from The Witcher<\/em>, like the Wolven Sword and the Zirael. Although it may be a bit niche, the sheer detail in the sword designs is impressive.<\/p>\n

On Kaer Morhen Forge’s Facebook page, they explain that if anyone is interested in the calendars, they need to simply shoot an email over with the subject “the best calendar ever.”\u00a0Kaer Morhen Forge is named after the location of the School of the Wolf, Kaer Morhen,<\/a>\u00a0where Witchers were trained at one point in the universe’s canon.<\/p>\n

The hype leading up to Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> is insane, and much of that is because of The Witcher 3<\/em><\/a>. While the third entry into the Witcher<\/em> series was something fans expected to be fun, the huge success of the game helped put CD Projekt Red on the map in many ways. There is\u00a0a lot of attention to detail in The Witcher 3<\/em>, and that is evident even in this sword calendar.<\/p>\n

Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> was first revealed in 2012, and it is finally releasing eight years later. Many were excited the moment the game was revealed, but many more were interested once The Witcher 3<\/em> was released.\u00a0It will be very interesting to see if Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> shares the same amount of detail, polish, and quality as The Witcher 3<\/em>, and\u00a0whether it too becomes an\u00a0instant classic RPG<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is available for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions coming in 2021.<\/p>\n
