The reviews for CD Projekt Red’s highly anticipated RPG Cyberpunk 2077<\/em><\/strong> are finally out in the wild and there’s a lot to dive into. While most critics are praising the game’s complex quest design, interesting characters, and impressive world design, they are also criticizing the game’s underwhelming performance as witnessed in the PC version. As it seems, the game’s staggering amount of bugs and glitches\u00a0are even making the players compare it to 2019’s open-world game Days Gone<\/em> which was also heavily criticized for similar issues.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0PlayStation 4 exclusive Days Gone<\/em> launched to mixed reviews from critics, with most of them citing its unoptimized gameplay, performance issues, and bugs\u00a0as the prominent reasons<\/a>\u00a0for its score. While the criticism wasn’t limited only to the game’s performance, many users believed that the prior was the driving force behind it and its story and open-world were far better than they were presented in those reviews. This is fairly indicative by the game’s User Score on Metacritic, which stands at 8.2 while the critics score remains at 71.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Cyberpunk 2077<\/em><\/a> is also riddled with game-breaking bugs\u00a0and boasts a Metacritic score of 91.\u00a0 Fans were quick to make the comparisons with Days Gone<\/em>, as they felt that critics were being biased towards Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>. Twitter user Saltiest Gaming was one of the first people to point out, stating that, “only certain games and devs can have an impressive array of bugs and glitches, and get a perfect score”!\u00a0He further pointed out that Days Gone<\/em> was “murdered” for having bugs and glitches.<\/p>\n
