However, one update that has eluded\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/call-of-duty-mobile\/\"><em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em><\/a> fans has been the introduction of Diamond camo, but the wait is coming to an end soon.<\/p>\n<p>Players were promised the addition of Diamond camo back in <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em>\u2019s eleventh season, as the popular weapon design was teased alongside the addition of Damascus camo. While players have enjoyed using <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/call-duty-black-ops-cold-wars-camo-challenges-damascus-easy\/\"><em>Modern Warfare<\/em>\u2019s mastery camo<\/a> in <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em>, even with its various bugs, Diamond has been pushed\u00a0by fans in updates since. In the latest post from the developers, a release date for Diamond camo has been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/dr-disrespect-call-of-duty-mobile-bet-iferg\/\">Dr Disrespect Challenged With $100k 1v1 Call of Duty: Mobile Match<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The at-least\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/call-of-duty-300-million-downloads\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">300 million <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em> players<\/a>\u00a0will have access to Diamond camo come the launch of Season 13, with the new battle pass and content likely arriving on December 22. The arrival of Diamond was confirmed by the official <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em>\u00a0Reddit account via a response to another post. Redditor War_TVT asked, \u201cIs diamond camo coming in season 13 or do we still have to wait longer?\u201d The developer account responded with an emphatic yes.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/CallOfDutyMobile\/comments\/k8rs1y\/call_of_duty_mobile_december_7th_update\/gf05eab?utm_source=share&#038;utm_medium=web2x&#038;context=3\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em> team said it will try to \u201cget some shots of it to share\u201d when the next community update arrives, a bit of news that should prove reassuring to fans. While the skin is typically unlocked via the acquisition of all the gold camos in each weapon class, Damascus already fills that role in <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em>. This leaves the unlock method for Diamond up in the air, though hopefully it is not as excessive as <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/call-duty-mobile-fennec-lootbox-upset\/\">the Mythic Fennec\u2019s unlock system<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Diamond camo will be usable on new Season 13 guns come launch day, as <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em> is set to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/call-of-duty-mobile-season-13-peacekeeper\/\">get the Peacekeeper Assault Rifle<\/a> and an SMG. While players are unsure what the SMG will be called, the Peacekeeper is a classic <em>CoD<\/em> weapon first introduced in <em>Black Ops 2<\/em>. Though It was an SMG in its original appearance, it makes sense that the <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em> team follows the more recent games and uses the Peacekeeper as an Assault Rifle.<\/p>\n<p>While <em>Call of Duty Mobile<\/em> players still have no idea how they are going to unlock it, they should be excited to know that Diamond camo is likely coming later in December.
