While the release of\u00a0Cyberpunk 2077\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>has certainly excited a number of people within the gaming community, the game itself is not without its faults. Since its launch, a multitude of players have been suffering from glitches and bugs present throughout\u00a0Cyberpunk 2077<\/a><\/em>. However, it seems that CD Projekt Red is attempting to address all of the major issues featured in the game pretty early on in the game’s release.<\/p>\n

Despite the release of Cyberpunk 2077’s<\/em> Day One patch<\/a>, the game still features quite a lot of technical and graphical problems. Players have cited issues involving blurriness, draw distance, and overall performance problems to name just a few. Luckily, for PC and PS4 players, the developers have released a hotfix that should hopefully address many of these issues.<\/p>\n

Earlier today,\u00a0CD Projekt Red<\/a> revealed that Update 1.04 of\u00a0Cyberpunk 2077\u00a0<\/em>has gone live on PC and PS4, with Xbox support currently on the way. The update contains a number of fixes involving quests, improving performance and stability, some visual bugs, and problems that are specific to console and PC versions of the game, but for whatever reason, the update is unavailable on Xbox One.<\/p>\n

As of right now, CD Projekt Red has informed players that the update will release on Xbox One<\/a> as soon as possible, but it’s somewhat confusing as to why this is the case. This hotfix released one day after the release of\u00a0Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>, which by itself, is extremely impressive work on CD Projekt Red’s part, but the lack of Xbox support is strange to say the least.<\/p>\n

It’s possible with how quickly the hotfix released on other platforms, the Xbox hotfix could release as soon as tomorrow, but perhaps it’s too soon for Xbox users to get their hopes up. After all, if the Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> delays<\/a> are any indication, working on a game as big and ambitious as this one takes a lot of time and attention.<\/p>\n

Although, given how quick the response was, with CD Projekt Red putting out this hotfix on PC and PS4<\/a> a day after the release of the game, it seems that the studio is on the right track in terms of keeping up with player demand. Honestly, for such a big game, it makes complete sense that graphical and technical problems would arise, but hopefully, the way things are going now, CD Projekt Red will continue to remain reactive and attentive towards feedback and will be able to release the Xbox version of the hotfix soon.<\/p>\n

Cyberpunk 2077<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is out now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X\/S versions currently in development.<\/p>\n
