Those who own base PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles especially have experienced serious bugs in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/cyberpunk-2077\/\"><em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em><\/a> that impact everything from the visuals to the gameplay, with some even encountering bugs that are game-breaking. CD Projekt Red has acknowledged\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>&#8216;s issues on PS4 and Xbox One, offering to refund fans who are disappointed with the game.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/cdpr-cyberpunk-2077-roadmap-fixes-ps4-xbox\/\">CD Projekt Red issued a message<\/a> on Twitter apologizing for\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>&#8216;s issues on PS4 and Xbox One (and in general), prompting a response from billionaire Elon Musk. Musk replied to\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>&#8216;s tweet with a screenshot of a Reddit post from a disgruntled fan who was disappointed in the game. The trolling didn&#8217;t stop there, though, as he also shared an edited image of Michael Scott from\u00a0<em>The Office<\/em> making an obscene gesture, complete with\u00a0the\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> logo and signature neon lights.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1338483095817875458\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While some fans may take this as a sign that Elon Musk does not like\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> himself, that may not necessarily be the case. A couple of hours after his trolling tweets, a fan asked Musk if he had the chance to play the game yet himself. Musk confirmed that he had indeed been playing\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>, though only &#8220;briefly.&#8221; Musk apparently chose the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/cyberpunk-2077-lifepath-guide\/\">Nomad lifepath<\/a> and determined that the game &#8220;seems pretty good.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1338513359801606164\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Musk also pointed out how it &#8220;seemed like almost everyone on Steam was playing Cyberpunk at some point this weekend,&#8221; which is a nod to the game&#8217;s massive early success. Despite\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> having some rather serious technical issues, the game smashed the Steam concurrent player record. Not only that, but\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/cyberpunk-2077-uk-retail-launch-december-2020\/\"><em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> sales<\/a> have been incredibly high, topping charts and recouping its development costs pretty much immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, CD Projekt Red issuing refunds for\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> may hurt its sales performance somewhat, but it&#8217;s unlikely to be a significant enough dent to really hurt the game in the long run. While there are fans who are upset about\u00a0<em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>, there are many others who enjoy the game.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/cyberpunk-2077-review\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> reviews<\/a> have been mostly positive, and the game is actually one of the highest-rated video games of the year in terms of critic score.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/cyberpunk-2077-metacritic-user-score-anthem\/\"><em>Cyberpunk 2077<\/em>&#8216;s user scores<\/a>\u00a0aren&#8217;t nearly as positive, but as CD Projekt Red issues patches to fix the game&#8217;s various problems, its reputation will likely improve.
