A month before its release, IO Interactive has revealed the opening cinematic sequence for Hitman 3<\/em><\/strong>. The game marks the end of IO\u2019s World of\u00a0Assassination<\/i>\u00a0trilogy that began in 2016.<\/p>\n

The brief video does not reveal much in the way of new information, but it gives fans a taste of Agent 47\u2019s upcoming adventure. The video shows Agent 47 and Lucas Grey<\/a> traveling through the deserts and cities of Saudi Arabia. Grey narrates the sequence, providing hints for what the game\u2019s story will have in store. It seems that the pair will visit several locations in Saudi Arabia, including vast deserts, remote villages, and the sprawling metropolis of Dubai. The sequence concludes with the pair leaping out of a plane over the city.<\/p>\n

Perhaps the most interesting part of the trailer is what Grey has to say about the secretive Providence organization. \u201cTo it, we were just assets, to use and throw away, to do the unthinkable, the unforgivable. And it never gave us a second thought, until now,\u201d he says, adding that he and Agent 47 have learned the names of Providence\u2019s three leaders. \u201cIn their downfall, we lay the past to rest,\u201d he continues, meaning that Hitman 3<\/em><\/a> will see Agent 47 hunt down the members of Providence\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n
