In addition to the seasonal event, Update 1.1.0 will include balancing and multiple other improvements for <em><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/assassins-creed-valhalla\/\">Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>This most recent entry\u00a0takes players into the story of <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-eivor-best-assassin-series\/\">one of the series&#8217; best assassins, Eivor<\/a>, a Viking raider in ninth-century England. For those who are still enjoying the world, there is plenty more content coming soon. The Yule Festival launch is the first event tied to Ubisoft\u2019s post-launch DLC roadmap for the game.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/ubisoft-free-daily-gifts-giveaway-asassins-creed-valhalla-dlc\/\">Ubisoft Giving Away Free Daily Gifts This Week Starting with Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla DLC<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Main content coming with the 1.1.0 update includes a foundation for the Yule Festival and additions to settlement expansion. Fans of <em>Assassin\u2019s Creed Valhalla<\/em> will be quite familiar with <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-preview-settlement-jomsviking\/\">customizing Eivor\u2019s settlement<\/a>, as it was one of the main gameplay mechanics. Once players install the patch, they will notice revelers east of their current settlement. That said, the specifics of what settlement expansion entails are not coming until Ubisoft releases its Yule Season preview.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jHpPfpjFjj4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Even more significant are the tweaks coming to <em>Assassin\u2019s Creed Valhalla<\/em> with the 1.1.0 update. NPC power level will cap out at 51 below the player. Fortunately, boss level will match the player\u2019s power level when it is greater than the bosses\u2019 base level. There are also some changes to information not displaying correctly, such as certain weapon stats and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-legendary-animals-location-tips\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the\u00a0ten legendary animal trophies<\/a> not appearing in the longhouse. This is just the tip of the iceberg, as the update improves a list of aspects overall.<\/p>\n<p>It is not particularly common for single-player games to get post-launch updates, but Ubisoft has been consistent in this regard for its popular series. <em>Assassin\u2019s Creed Valhalla<\/em> is a massive game, coming with instances of <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-training-dummy-bug\/\">random bugs or hilarious glitches<\/a>. It is great that Ubisoft is sticking with polishing the game, an effort that benefits current and future players. While details of the Yule Festival are scarce for now, it should offer a fun experience for the Nordic atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to stability, the changes are for PC only. This could leave console players still potentially experiencing stability issues for now. Those who find the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-historical-inaccuracies\/\">world of <em>Assassin\u2019s Creed Valhalla<\/em>\u00a0lacking historical accuracy<\/a> or depth\u00a0may not find a season event worth jumping back in for.
