However, one 5-year-old has made <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/apex-legends\/\"><em>Apex Legends<\/em><\/a> look easy, clutching a match by himself and carrying his dad to victory.<\/p>\n<p>Twitch streamer NewbCybot occasionally lets his young son take over his stream, hijacking the show and taking his dad\u2019s place in the chair. Following in the footsteps of <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/rowdyrogan-banned-warzone\/\">young Twitch streamers like RowdyRogan<\/a>, NewbCybot&#8217;s son displays an impressive level of skill in the games he plays. That natural level of skill showed clearly in a clip posted to Reddit by the player\u2019s father, which saw the duo winning an <em>Apex Legends<\/em> match purely because of the youngster\u2019s play.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/apex-legends-rampart-glitch-shield\/\">Apex Legends Players Discover Rampart Glitch Ruining Her Abilities<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <em>Apex Legends<\/em> clip is a wholesome example of the bond between a parent and their child, and it is impossible to not let out a smile hearing the 5-year-old make his in-game callouts. Saying things like \u201cshields down\u201d and focusing on his positioning, the young player clearly has some experience with Respawn\u2019s incredibly popular battle royale game. While there is a fair amount of <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/apex-legends-respawn-entertainment-dev-toxic-behavior\/\">toxicity in the<em> Apex Legends<\/em> community<\/a>, the clip of the father and son duo\u2019s victory shows the bright side of the fanbase.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/apexlegends\/comments\/kebu31\/my_5_year_old_this_time_carrying_the_w\/?utm_source=share&#038;utm_medium=mweb\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Impressively, NewbCybot\u2019s son is playing as Octane, winning the match with a mid-tier legend as opposed to someone with a <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/apex-legends-wraith-good\/\">higher pick rate like Wraith<\/a>. After killing an enemy, the player\u2019s father goes down, frantically warning his son of their foe\u2019s location. Watching the player leap to a rock, the young player engages in a short shootout, reloading his weapon and securing the win. Jumping up and shouting proudly, the father hugs his son as the two celebrate their win.<\/p>\n<p>While some players may be ashamed to get carried by their children in online games, NewbCybot seems to take it in stride. With the Twitch streamer including \u201cmy 5 year old son carried me&#8230;\u201d in his bio, players can expect to see more of the pairing on Twitch going forward.
