The holidays are here and now more than ever, consumers from around the world are looking to pick up a PS5 for themselves or a loved one. Various online and physical retail outlets have fluctuating degrees of availability in terms of the PS5<\/a>. However, the customers of one outlet in particular seem to be facing a great deal of problems with regards to ordering a PS5.<\/p>\n

Over the years, GameStop has seen its fair share of problems. With stores closing all around the world, it seems like the company could be on its last legs. Although, with the launch of the PS5 and the Xbox Series X\/S<\/a>, it presented a unique opportunity for GameStop to make a comeback. That being said, based on customer feedback over on Twitter, the retailer seems to be facing a lot of issues in terms of keeping up with the demand.<\/p>\n

Many Twitter users have been left irritated by a variety of different issues as a result of purchasing from GameStop<\/a>. These issues came in the form of order cancellations, orders not shipping several days after the initial purchase, and customer service providing next to no support in terms of specific orders. There was one user who worryingly showed that their order would not arrive until the tenth of April next year.<\/p>\n
