It has been almost a month since the release of Black Ops Cold War<\/em>. Over the course of the last few weeks, players have identified the best weapons and load outs<\/a> in the game. Additionally, players have discovered some interesting abnormalities in the game’s multiplayer modes. Treyarch has patched a number of glitches, bugs, and exploits. However, players can still take advantage of numerous glitches and bizarre features that are still in the game.<\/p>\n

Every new Call of Duty<\/a><\/em> game has some issues at launch, and Cold War<\/em> is no exception. Treyarch still needs to fine tune the multiplayer and zombies modes<\/a> to improve the overall experience. Thankfully, the lack of optimization has resulted in exciting multiplayer exploits that all players can enjoy.<\/p>\n

10 <\/span>Unlock Plague Diamond Camo Instantly<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

With a few easy steps, players can unlock plague diamond for the best\u00a0weapons\u00a0in the game<\/a>. First, players should create a class and equip the law breaker wild card. The secondary weapon equipped by the user will be the gun that receives plague diamond Camo. Next, players should go into the zombies camo options and press A on Xbox or X on PS while in a multiplayer lobby. The third step requires a friend or teammate. The party leader must back out of the multiplayer lobby and into a zombies lobby. At this point, players can equip the plague diamond Camo. Once equipped, press Y if on Xbox or triangle on PS. The party leader must then go into a multiplayer lobby and voila, plague diamond is unlocked.<\/p>\n

9 <\/span>Get Outside Of Nuketown ’84<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Several versions of the\u00a0Nuketown\u00a0map<\/a> have been featured in Call of Duty games thus far. The new map, Nuketown ’84, has a simple and fun exploit players can attempt. Players can exit the map by mantling the wooden fence near the peace graffiti wall and sprinting toward the cactus. The out of map indicator will go away once players sprint near an area by a couch and cactus. Players can attempt this in a custom game or in multiplayer. While the spot is not a dominant position on the map, it is fun to try for players of all skills levels. Cold War players should be careful using the exploit to get kills, as it could result in a ban.<\/p>\n

8 <\/span>RC-XD Glitch<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

The RC-XD glitch requires a teammate with the RC-XD score streak. If the RC-XD is driven right at a player, and the player jumps, it will elevate the player in the air and can cause character models to phase through the map. The glitch works on every map, and can be used to access new areas that can’t be mantled. The RC-XD glitch is quite inconvenient in multiplayer, but is really enjoyable to play around with in a custom match.<\/p>\n

7 <\/span>Get On Top Of Moscow<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Many of\u00a0the Cold War<\/em> Maps<\/a> have glitches that allow players to exit the intended playable areas of the maps. There is an unpatched knife glitch on Moscow that allows players to get on the roof. To attempt the glitch, players need a care package, knife, and a playing partner to assist them. After dropping the care package on the right side of the gold statue, players can knife glitch through the roof of the building. For the melee glitch to work, one player must stand on top of the care package, and the other must melee or knife the player from behind. The melee will send the player flying on top of the map.<\/p>\n

6 <\/span>Unlimited War Machine<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

The most difficult aspect of getting unlimited war machine ammo is getting the war machine from a care package. Players need to call in a care package with the war machine kill streak. Once obtained, if 11 bullets are fired in the War Machine, players can get unlimited ammo by swapping weapons and killing themselves.<\/p>\n

The War Machine will have full ammo once the player respawns. Trying to get war machine from a care package can be frustrating, but the exploit is rewarding for patient players. The unlimited ammo glitch will not work if players are killed by an enemy.<\/p>\n

5 <\/span>Duplicate Score Streaks<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

By opening a care package and using a score streak at the same time, players can get duplicated score streaks. The exploit only works for a a few of the care package score streaks, but it is a very overpowered bug if players get the right kill streak. Using the method in multiplayer is not recommended, as it is unfair and overpowered. Hopefully Treyarch will patch the glitch in the December 15th update.<\/p>\n

4 <\/span>Get Outside Of Miami<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Players can exit the Miami map by using the RC-XD glitch near the beach. Players should be near the blue life guard shack facing the two tiki torches opposite of domination point A. By using the RCXD glitch in that corner, players are sent through the wall and outside of the Miami map. The glitch is relatively easy to do and is one of many out of map glitches still in the game<\/p>\n

3 <\/span>Spontaneously Lose Body Parts<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

The instructions for this appalling\u00a0character glitch are simple, just play the game. It is apparent that Treyarch was on a short time table when finishing Cold War’s<\/em> development. Character models are often missing limbs or headless.<\/p>\n

These are by no means game breaking glitches, but it would be nice for the characters to have arms and legs. On a positive note, the glitched characters will make for great\u00a0Call of Duty<\/em> memes<\/a>. Treyarch will likely fix the character issues in upcoming patches, but at this point they are quite common.<\/p>\n

2 <\/span>Breach Through Walls On Crossroads And Armada<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

On Crossroads, players can use the snowmobile to get inside of the walls of the map. One player needs to drive the snowmobile while the other mantles on top of the snowmobile near a wall. The animation propels the character model inside of the walls of the map, making the character disappear. The same technique works on Armada if a jet ski is driven at a player near one of the ships. \u00a0The character will phase under the ship with a relatively clear view of the map.<\/p>\n

1 <\/span>Strategic Positions On NukeTown ’84<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

There are a number of great lines of sight on the Nuketown map that can be accessed by simply mantling certain areas of the map. For example, two corners of the bus can be mantled and players have a great view from the middle of the map.<\/p>\n

One of the other strategic spots on the map is near the garage at the green house. If players mantle the car in from of the garage door, there is a great view of the enemy spawn. The railing on the outside stairs of both houses are also great sight lines that can be used to eliminate campers on the other sides of the map.<\/p>\n
