Fans have been more than disgruntled with the Call of Duty: Warzone <\/em><\/strong>integration of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War <\/em>content. Since the merge, fans have noticed issues with the game, the weapons, and other minor details that only appeared in Season 1’s debut. While Call of Duty: Warzone <\/em><\/a>fans are happy for the additional content, the issues are beginning to become a frustrating reality in the competitive arena.<\/p>\n

While the\u00a030 Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War <\/em>weapons<\/a> have given the Warzone <\/em>community a wider range of options, players are noticing some conversion issues. The weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War <\/em>functionally different than Modern Warfare’s <\/em>standards. Fans have noticed that the weapons are not only weaker than their Modern Warfare <\/em>counterparts, but some of the animations are different as well.<\/p>\n

Although animation differences are generally ok, the gun’s reloading animation has countered a rather popular Call of Duty: Warzone <\/em>combat trick. Players practice these tricks to try and gain an edge over the competition, but as this Reddit user attempts a common reload tactic, he finds out that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War <\/em>weapons<\/a> run on different rules. As he guns down an enemy in defense of his friend, he attempts to do a partial reload by canceling the reload animation halfway through. While Call of Duty: Modern Warfare <\/em>weapons allow for this strategy, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War <\/em>weapons do not. Instead of gaining a full supply of ammo, he finds that the weapon did not reload at all, forcing him to go through a full reload animation cycle before receiving ammunition.<\/p>\n
