Romances have become synonymous with western RPGs. They serve as another vessel to immerse players in a world where they can become someone else. Cyberpunk 2077<\/em> is no different in this regard. While the mechanics for melee combat are a bit clumsy, it offers an interesting alternative to gun-oriented gameplay. Denizens of Night City should be aware of how challenging these brawls can be. These missions will require a fundamental understanding of the clunky system. Patience will be key to prevailing over one of Cyberpunk’s weaker elements.<\/p>\n

6 <\/span>Install Implants<\/h2>\n

Since V is a resident of a future when body modification is the norm, it stands to reason that players would be able to install upgrades while playing. Implants serve as a way for players to improve V’s abilities. The frontal cortex, circulatory system, immune system, nervous system, and integumentary systems are just some of the areas that can see improvements.<\/p>\n

While V does take part in Brain Dances in Cyberpunk, they often use them as a means of investigation. 4 <\/span>Boost Street Cred<\/h2>\n

In Night City, reputation can make or break V’s effectiveness. The more Street Cred V accumulates the more side-missions or Gigs he has access to. Those looking to get the most out of their Night City Experience will want to invest time into building a reputation for V.<\/p>\n

Some Fixers in Night City will only offer jobs to V when he has hit a certain level of notoriety in the Street Cred system. Not only can new jobs be given at higher Street Cred levels, but vendors will offer new supplies and items later on. While these tasks may not be a priority early on, V will want to return to improve his reputation as his adventure through Night City progresses.<\/p>\n

3 <\/span>Find Tarot Graffiti<\/h2>\n

While collectibles are not as traditional in Cyberpunk as they are in other open-world games, there are some interesting tags littered across the city for players to find. Known as Tarot Cards, V will have to hunt down these images reminiscent of the famous fortune-telling cards.<\/p>\n

With 20 unique images to find, V can grab all entries at any point as part of a side mission.\u00a0This provides a unique and interesting scavenger hunt for V to take part in. This\u00a0art takes center stage for a side-mission in the game that players will want to take part in.<\/p>\n

2 <\/span>Get Mantis Blades<\/h2>\n

One of the most famous upgrades in Cyberpunk<\/a>\u00a0would be the Mantis Blades. These body modifications install functioning blades in the forearms of the user. With powerful strikes, V can slice through enemies with ease. Bladed weapons are currently outclassing ranged counterparts in Cyberpunk.<\/p>\n

Those looking to eviscerate adversaries will want these upgrades ASAP. Mercenaries should be warned that this upgrade is pricey. Costing 16,000 Eurodollars, V will need to do several significant jobs to afford these lucrative weapons.<\/p>\n

1 <\/span>Choose Branching Story Paths<\/h2>\n

Just as with Geralt in The Witcher 3<\/em><\/a>, V’s choices in Night City will have lasting consequences. How they talk, interact, and treat others can impact how certain missions pan out. Some situations can even see the main characters die as a result of\u00a0V’s actions. This gives weight to V’s choices, and in turn, impacts how the player handles situations.<\/p>\n
