It has only been a week since Rebirth Island was introduced to Call of Duty: Warzone<\/em><\/strong>, and information regarding the game\u2019s next map seems to have already leaked. The information comes from Call of Duty<\/em> insider named ModernWarzone, who suggests that Warzone<\/em><\/a>\u2019s next map will be set in the Ural Mountains of Russia.<\/p>\n

The addition of Rebirth Island has changed Warzone<\/em>\u2019s gameplay<\/a>, as the new map shrinks the maximum amount of players per match to 40, as opposed to Verdansk\u2019s 150. Perhaps that is why the Call of Duty<\/em> developers are potentially working on a new, full-sized map that is rumored to release in early 2021. No information on the upcoming map has been revealed until now, if ModernWarzone\u2019s leak is to be believed.<\/span><\/p>\n

ModernWarzone took to Twitter<\/a> to post a screenshot of a crude map with the names of several locations written out. Some of these sections also include a screenshot of how the area will look in-game. They include ski slopes, a sanatorium, and even a zoo. ModernWarzone said the new information is based on their last six months of reporting, and added that the evidence points to the new map being located in the Ural Mountains.<\/p>\n
