From Tracer to Lucio and everyone in between, the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/overwatch\/\"><em>Overwatch<\/em><\/a> cast has been given a brand-new look.<\/p>\n<p>Shared by artist _m0us316_ on Reddit, every human member of the <em>Overwatch<\/em> cast has been painted in a realistic style. <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/overwatch-things-zenyatta-didnt-know\/\">While fans of Zenyatta<\/a> or Bastion may have wanted to see their favorite omnics painted with the rest of the cast, highlighting the differences between the in-game designs of the heroes and the realistic versions would be a bit harder. Regardless of the missing robotic heroes, the post is truly spectacular, as _m0us316_ brings the cast to life in spectacular fashion.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/overwatch-2-characters-rumors-leaks\/\">Overwatch 2: All the Leaked and Rumored Heroes for the Game<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Redditor mentions in the post\u2019s title that scars, tattoos, and other aspects of the in-game character models are missing from some of the heroes, and this creative decision helps to make the characters seem even more realistic. For example, pulling off a believable take on <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/overwatch-junkrat-steel-trap-mei-cryo-freeze\/\">the tricky troublemaker Junkrat<\/a> would have been hard to do had his face been covered in smoke, so _m0us316_ made the wise decision of leaving the feature out of the piece. The result is an incredibly natural look for the explosives-loving Australian, making his appearance one of the standout portraits.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Overwatch\/comments\/kgyo6c\/my_attempt_at_making_realistic_portraits_on_most\/?utm_source=share&#038;utm_medium=mweb\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Other standouts include McCree and Ashe, as the outlaws look quite different without their signature hats. <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/overwatch-tracer-best-quotes\/\">Fan favorite <em>Overwatch<\/em> mascot Tracer<\/a> looks far more normal without her stylized hair, while scientists Mei, Mercy, and Moira look much like one would imagine them to. Widowmaker looks quite different without her eye-catching blue skin, while Sombra, D.Va and Brigitte look like they were ripped straight from a main menu screen. Young versions of Hanzo and Reinhardt are included in the post as well, with even Reaper\u2019s former identity of Gabriel Reyes and Soldier 76&#8217;s Jack Morrison persona getting some love from the artist.<\/p>\n<p><em>Overwatch<\/em> fans were quick to comment on their favorite realistic hero designs from the post, with Reddit user trumpetpizza1 sharing how well-done the designs for Sigma and Ana are. While other Redditors joked about including a random hamster and gorilla for <em>Overwatch<\/em> characters Hammond and Winston, most shared just how blown away they were by the special collection of art. With plenty <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/overwatch-brit\/\">more <em>Overwatch<\/em> heroes on the way<\/a> in the game\u2019s upcoming sequel, _m0us316_ will have plenty more opportunities for realistic character portraits.<\/p>\n<p>With the original\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/overwatch-free-january-battle-net\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Overwatch<\/em> free until January<\/a> via Battlenet, plenty more gamers can hop into Blizzard\u2019s hero shooter for some artistic inspiration.
