Borderlands<\/em> is the OG looter shooter, but in some ways, Borderlands 3<\/strong><\/em> has taken from those that have come after it. This is particularly true through its release of mini-events alongside core story DLCs, as well as its continuation into a second season pass.\u00a0Borderlands 2<\/em> had a standard season pass<\/a>\u00a0with 4 DLCs, making it more or less of a one-off in this way (not that that the full game itself was).<\/p>\n

Borderlands 3<\/em> continues to expand and get support, with many likely looking forward to the Director’s Cut DLC of Season Pass 2<\/a>. What exactly it entails remains to be seen, but based on the pattern of past DLC, fans may be able to narrow down when it releases.<\/p>\n
