In total, fans that wish to complete this challenge will need to locate four of these mythical creatures, and indeed finding that many can prove a bit challenging. For those<i> <\/i>players that may\u00a0be stuck trying to uncover some of the buried Gnomes in <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/fortnite\/\"><em>Fortnite<\/em><\/a>, this guide contains all of the details that they will need.<\/p>\n<p>To begin, there are two Gnomes in Fort Crumpet, and this Landmark can be found just northwest of Sweaty Sands. While it is true that this area is not directly marked on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-map-changes-season-5-leak-colossal-coliseum\/\"><em>Fortnite<\/em>&#8216;s map<\/a>, the stone construction of Fort Crumpet makes it quite easy to identify. That said, players that need a little more\u00a0information on the location of Fort Crumpet can find its precise position in the video below.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-find-the-buried-blue-coin-in-retail-row-location-where-season-5-week-5-challenge\/\">Fortnite: How to Find the Buried Blue Coin in Retail Row<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival at Fort Crumpet,\u00a0fans should walk through the structure&#8217;s east entrance, make a right, and head directly toward the wall in front of them. On the ground right next to this wall players will see a glowing mound, and they can hit it with their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/fortnite-axe-of-champions-exclusive-item\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">harvesting tools in\u00a0<em>Fortnite<\/em><\/a>\u00a0to reveal the first Gnome. From there, fans can proceed west through Fort Crumpet, going under a small wooden bridge, to find a second Gnome-concealing mound placed next to another wall.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MCslwgiO_V4\" frameborder=\"0\" allowTransparency=\"true\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden;width:1280;height:720;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>With these two Gnomes collected,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-galactus-event-viewership-numbers-record\/\"><em>Fortnite\u00a0<\/em>players<\/a> can make their way to Pleasant Park, a named location situated to the east of Fort Crumpet. The first buried Gnome in Pleasant Park can be found almost directly in the center of the area, and fans should look for its mound near a tree. The second Gnome is due north of this position, buried in the backyard of the large brick house with the candy canes flanking its front door.<\/p>\n<p>To note, this is not the only challenge this week that focuses on Gnomes, as there is another task that sends fans to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-collect-gnomes-fort-crumpet-holly-hedges-week-5\/\">collect Gnomes from Fort Crumpet and Holly Hedges<\/a>. There is also a challenge that centers around burying these mythical creatures in Pleasant Park or Retail Row.
