Since the Xbox Series X\/S first launched back in November, the console has gained a lot of commercial attention across the world. Even now, many consumers are struggling to get their hands on an Xbox Series X<\/a>. However, a recent trademark filed by Microsoft has led some fans to believe there is more in store for the console.<\/p>\n

Ever since the console launched, a number of consumer issues have surfaced, with some Xbox Series X pre-orders being delayed as late as December 31<\/a>\u00a0last year. Most retailers have been having an\u00a0difficult time trying accommodating widespread demand for the console amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Microsoft registered a trademark for the name Xbox Series XS on December 29, 2020. This trademark has led some fans to believe that believe that a new version of the system is already underway. The Xbox Series S<\/a> was reported to be the smallest Xbox console ever created, and some fans believe\u00a0this trademark could point to\u00a0an even smaller version of the Xbox Series X.<\/p>\n
