Not long ago, Microsoft began a promotion for the Xbox Series X where it sent Xbox Series X-themed Jenga sets to people<\/a>. In some places, that promotion is still going on, and at least one influencer is mad about it.<\/p>\n

The influencer in question is a Korean YouTuber whose main channel name translates to Suengwoo’s Dad. Said channel is dedicated to cooking, and is very popular, with a whole lot of videos\u00a0on\u00a0recipes and dishes, many with over one million views. Suengwoo’s Dad also has a secondary channel, which is used for non-cooking videos, many of which are gaming related.<\/p>\n

It was no doubt this second channel that prompted Microsoft Korea to send Suengwoo’s Dad the gift of an Xbox Series\u00a0 X<\/a> Jenga Tower. This promotional stunt did not go as well as Microsoft Korea probably hoped, as Suengwoo’s Dad had a rather negative reaction to the tower. As Xbox’s Major Nelson explained<\/a>, the Towers were sent to promotional partners, but Suengwoo’s Dad’s video game content has nothing to do with Xbox. In fact, if there’s any game that he’s known for as much as his cooking content, it would probably be\u00a0World of Warcraft.<\/em><\/p>\n
