Kickstarter has been a great resource for small developers hoping to release a game that may not attract the attention of a big publisher. That appears to a trend that will continue into 2021, as another project has just passed an impressive goal and confirmed that it will be made. That project is TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD<\/em><\/strong>, a modernization of the classic 3D platformer<\/a> developed for the PS2, GameCube, and Xbox.<\/p>\n

TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD<\/em><\/a>‘s Kickstarter campaign started this Thursday and crossed its goal in less than nine hours. The Kickstarter campaign was asking for a hefty sum of $75,000 and it has already crushed that goal. The current pledged total for\u00a0TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD<\/em> is now over $100,000, but the project is expected to go over that significantly with the time it has remaining. The Kickstarter will officially end in just 12 days.<\/p>\n

As for what the Kickstarter<\/a> is promising, for $20 supporters will receive a visually improved HD version of\u00a0TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD<\/em> for either PS4, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox One. The expected delivery date is quite soon, as the game is promised to\u00a0be finished prior to July 1.<\/p>\n
