Now, Holland takes fans behind-the-scenes as he records footage for the <em>Spider-Man<\/em> ride and provides new details on his role in the attraction.<\/p>\n<p>Holland first landed the coveted role of Spider-Man after Disney and Sony reached a landmark agreement to co-produce new films centered on the character, which would allow the wall-crawler to be integrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After\u00a0being introduced to the MCU\u00a0in Marvel Studios&#8217; <em>Captain America: Civil War,<\/em> Holland reprised the role of Peter Parker in <em>Spider-Man: Homecoming<\/em>,<em> Avengers: Infinity War<\/em>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/wandavision-almost-teased-avengers-endgame\/\"><em>\u00a0Avengers: Endgame<\/em><\/a>, and<em> Spider-Man: Far From Home<\/em>.\u00a0Now,\u00a0Holland is also set to portray the\u00a0wall-crawler&#8217;s alter-ego\u00a0in\u00a0<em>Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure<\/em>, an interactive screen ride slated to open at the Disneyland Resort on a yet-to-be-announced date.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/spider-man-3-fan-poster-heroes-doc-ock\/\">Spider-Man 3 Fan Poster Imagines Face-Off Between Heroes And Doc Ock<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Borrowing from decades&#8217; worth of Marvel history and partly inspired by the MCU, <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/disneyland-avengers-campus-opening-2021-confirmed\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Avengers Campus<\/a> transports visitors to a world in which the Avengers are setting up new headquarters and training facilities around the globe\u00a0in hopes of inspiring\u00a0potential recruits. As part of this initiative, Tony Stark has founded the Worldwide\u00a0Engineering Brigade, a.k.a WEB,\u00a0to develop advancements in super-powered technology.\u00a0Visitors who embark on the <em>Spider-Man Adventure<\/em> ride will be tasked with helping Peter Parker trap an army of Spider-Bots that have escaped from a WEB Workshop. &#8220;For me, personally, it&#8217;s the most I&#8217;ve ever felt like Spider-Man,&#8221; said Holland in a behind-the-scenes preview of the attraction from Disney Parks. &#8220;So, everyone is going to get to share that experience, which is so awesome. So, I&#8217;m\u00a0just really excited for it to open and I wanna go ride it again with all the fans.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CfT1yShuspo\" frameborder=\"0\" allowTransparency=\"true\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden;width:1280;height:720;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Tom Holland is currently\u00a0shooting<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/spider-man-3-appears-holiday-movie\/\"> Marvel Studios and Sony&#8217;s third <em>Spider-Man<\/em> film<\/a>, which set photos\u00a0suggest will be set during the holiday season. In addition to returning MCU favorites such as Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, the untitled <em>Spider-Man s<\/em>equel will feature an ensemble cast of actors from other franchises, including Alfred Molina as Doc Ock. The inclusion of characters from\u00a0previous\u00a0<em>Spider-Man<\/em> films is expected to be explained by the involvement of Benedict Cumberbatch&#8217;s Doctor Strange, who will reportedly serve as Peter Parker&#8217;s mentor.<\/p>\n<p>How the\u00a0multiverse and alternate worlds factor into Marvel Studios and Sony&#8217;s <em>Spider-Man<\/em> 3 may\u00a0become clear after the conclusion of\u00a0<em>WandaVision<\/em>. While the Disney Plus series has yet to provide a clear explanation for how the title characters of Wanda Maximoff and Vision find themselves in an alternate sitcom-type world, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has already confirmed the events of the show will be tied directly to <em>Spider-Man 3<\/em> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/doctor-strange-in-the-multiverse-of-madness-rachel-mcadams\/\">the <em>Doctor Strange<\/em> sequel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The next <em>Spider-Man<\/em> film may also mark <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/daredevil-charlie-cox-spider-man-3-set\/\">the return of Charlie Cox<\/a>, who has reportedly been spotted on set as Matt Murdock\/Daredevil.
